Comfort: Day 3

Let your steadfast love become my comfort.

Thought

God uses grief to teach you more of God’s comfort through the constancy of steadfast love. You suffer for a while, yet you are assured of God’s love as God comforts you. The unimaginable depth and breadth of God’s infinite love becomes your comfort in grief.

Prayer

God, you are everlasting, even as I am becoming. Your divine love is sufficient for my comfort in grief. Amen.

The steadfast love of God is my comfort.
