God's Faithfulness: Day 7

Know therefore that the LORD your God is God; he is the faithful God, keeping his covenant of love to a thousand generations of those who love Him and keep his commands.

Thought

On this day of rest for your soul, contemplate the historic certainty of God’s faithfulness to a thousand generations of those who love God. It is inconceivable to imagine the thousand generations that contemplate the infinite nature of God’s love. Be faithful; receive God’s faithfulness.

Prayer

God, I rest this day in your covenant of love and faithfulness. You are the Lord, my God. You are God. Amen.

Assurance

God is faithful; I will keep God’s commands.
