You do not know what will happen tomorrow. Perhaps you have a plan; perhaps you do not. Again the questions of grief may block your view to the future: “What will happen if I get sick?” “If I am physically struck down by unanticipated illness or infirmity, who will be there to take care of me?” “Where will I live if I get sick?” It is important to care for yourself, especially as you grieve. Attend to your health; do all that you can to sustain your physical self-sufficiency.
