The Future: Day 7

Perhaps you are at once excited and challenged by the prospects of the future. On this day of rest, dream and pray for what may lie ahead. Be assured that in God, the best is yet to be.

Prayer

God, this day I meditate on the strength of those who throughout all the ages past have gone before to light the way into the future, even my future. Thank you for the encouragement of real people whose lives inspire me through your Holy Word. Amen.

Assurance

I rest my soul today in the certainty of the future.
