By day the LORD commands his steadfast love, and at night his song is with me, a prayer to the God of my life.

Beloved, since God loved us so much, we also ought to love one another.

When Judas, his betrayer, saw that Jesus was condemned, he repented and brought back the thirty pieces of silver to the chief priests and the elders.

“And forgive us our debts, “as we also have forgiven our debtors.”

I have learned to be content with whatever I have.

And now, my children, listen to me: happy are those who keep my ways.

The LORD has added sorrow to my pain; I am worn out with groaning and find no rest.

Refrain from anger, and forsake wrath!

Be strong and courageous; do not be frightened or dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.

My soul is overwhelmed with sorrow.
