Light dawns for the righteous, and joy for the upright in heart.

But the path of the righteous is like the light of dawn, which shines brighter and brighter until full day.

The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light; those who lived in a land of deep darkness— on them light has shined.

If then the light in you is darkness, how great is the darkness!

If I say, “Surely the darkness shall cover me, and the light around me become night,” even the darkness is not dark to you; the night is as bright as the day for darkness is as light to you.

For you have delivered my soul from death, and my feet from falling, so that I may walk before God in the light of life.
